          Abstract

          <p class="first" id="d3863590e134">Endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) can obtain a small amount of specimen. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and robustness of using EBUS-EBNA samples to perform capture-based targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS). </p>
