Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico en el altiplano de Puno. Desde las reflexiones en las ciencias sociales y sus parcelas de las disciplinas del positivismo, el propósito es visibilizar desde el altiplano el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico a partir de dos aspectos. En primera instancia que las ciencias sociales han sido y siguen siendo descontextualizadas y desconectadas de la realidad. Por ello tienen limitaciones para encarar y encarnar los grandes problemas sociales que afrontan los pueblos y ciudades en el Perú. En segundo término desde la cotidianidad, en este caso Puno, se han desarrollado pensamientos y acciones osados de esperanza, frente al colapso social y ambiental, al que las diversas disciplinas del pensamiento conservador, aún no ha podido catalogar ni dar una nomenclatura, porque sus raíces, teóricas y metodológicas están ancladas en Europa, Norte América y Asia, al que las universidades legitiman y convalidan como recetas. En el proceso de la realización del estudio es evidente el desarrollo y la recreación de otras formas de pensamientos, como en los liderazgos que cuestionaron las formas de trato inhumano e indignante que desligaron de su entorno y vivencia; por otro lado existe una vasta literatura sobre Puno y de puneños que aún no han sido leídas ni comprendidas. Por consiguiente, se concluye con la identificación de la presencia y desarrollo del pensamiento crítico, sin que ello signifique rechazar el conocimiento occidental europeo, que hoy está también en crisis

This paper deals with development of critical thinking in the altiplano (Puno) .From the reflections in the social sciences and disciplines plots of positivism, the purpose is visible from the altiplano the development of critical thinking from two aspects.
