Abstract
Perception of reduced incidence of graft rejection after deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty
(DALK) has attracted many surgeons towards this technique in keratoconus. This review
aims to compare the visual, refractive and graft outcomes after penetrating keratoplasty
(PK) and DALK for keratoconus.
