Abstract

Resumen La presente investigación se realizó en el periodo 2019-2020. Contiene la caracterización de un grupo de adolescentes transgresores de la ley de la Escuela de Formación Integral José Martí de La Habana. Se utilizó una metodología mixta, combinando los métodos cuantitativo y cualitativo. Se empleó un muestreo concurrente para métodos mixtos, con varias muestras paralelas. Se emplearon variedad de técnicas: análisis documental, estadístico y grupo focal, entre otras. Para el procesamiento de la información se llevó a cabo un análisis de contenido de las principales técnicas aplicadas. Las variables estudiadas fueron: características sociodemográficas, identidad y factores condicionantes de la exclusión social. Entre los resultados más relevantes se aprecia que los 235 adolescentes estudiados durante el período 2015-2020, se caracterizaron por un predominio del color de piel negra, seguida de la piel mestiza y blanca. En cuanto al sexo, la mayoría es masculino y las edades oscilan entre 14 y 15 años. Los principales contenidos sistematizados en relación a la autoimagen y heteroimagen develan que los elementos negativos en ambos procesos están asociados al comportamiento transgresor. La heteroimagen es negativa, marcada por estigmas y etiquetas. Referido a las manifestaciones de exclusión social se observan factores del contexto e individuales que favorecen esta situación y la expresión de conductas transgresoras. Respecto a los factores individuales se evidencia que los adolescentes se perciben excluidos, predominando como causas, su comportamiento y tener antecedentes penales. Como aspecto novedoso de la fase diagnóstica, reconocieron la orientación sexual como otra causa de exclusión.

Translated abstract

Abstract The present investigation was carried out in the period 2019-2020. It contains the characterization of a group of Adolescent Transgressors of the Law of the School of Integral Formation José Martí of Havana. A mixed methodology was used, combining the quantitative and qualitative methods. A concurrent sampling was used for mixed methods, with several parallel samples. They were used variety of technical; documental, statistical analysis and focal group, among others. For the prosecution of the information it was carried out an analysis of content of the main applied techniques. The studied variables were: Sociodemographic Characteristic, Identity and Conditioning Factors of the Social Exclusion. Among the results we find that the 235 adolescents, studied during the period 2015 - 2020, they were characterized by a prevalence of the color of black skin, followed by the mestizo and white skin. As for the sex, most is masculine and the ages oscillate between 15 and 14 years. The main contents systematized in relation to the selfimage and heteroimage develan that the negative elements in both processes are associated to the behavior transgressor. The heteroimage is negative, it is marked by stigmas and labels. Referred to the manifestations of social exclusion factors of the context and singular they are observed that favor this situation and the expression of behaviors transgressors. Regarding the individual factors, it is evidenced that the adolescents are perceived excluded, prevailing like causes, their behavior and to have criminal records. As novel aspect of the diagnostic phase, they recognized the sexual orientation as another exclusion cause.
