RESUMEN En el contexto de actualización del modelo económico cubano se presta especial énfasis al desarrollo y promoción de los sistemas de gestión como herramientas para la toma de decisión. En este artículo se presenta el diseño del Módulo Sistema de Gestión específicamente el componente de sistemas normalizados de gestión en el marco de la I Edición del Diplomado en Administración Pública y Empresarial de la Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno. La investigación se sustenta en diversas herramientas y técnicas y en el procesamiento de información científica de bases de datos especializadas en esta área de conocimientos.

ABSTRACT In the context of updating the Cuban economic model, special emphasis is placed on the development and promotion of management systems as tools for decision-making. This paper presents the design of the Management System Module, specifically the component of standardized management systems within the framework of the I Edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres. The research is based on various tools and techniques and on the processing of scientific information from specialized databases in this area of knowledge.
