El artículo analiza desde la perspectiva del "bloque constitucional de derechos fundamentales" la naturaleza jurídica de los derechos sociales, su estructura jurídica, la inexistencia de diferencias esenciales con los derechos individuales, la indivisibilidad e interdependencia de los derechos individuales y sociales, su fuerza normativa directay su aplicabilidad inmediata, irradiando todo el ordenamiento jurídico y los actos jurídicos de particulares, subordinando la autonomía de la voluntad y los contratos entre particulares, sus garantías y su justiciabilidad.
