          Abstract

          Periodic clusters of phasic pressure waves in the gastroduodenal junction (GDJ) have been seen in patients with infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (IHPS). This study investigated the details of these pressure waves in relation to disturbed transpyloric flow in IHPS.
