Abstract

RESUMEN La educación, como principal arma para afrontar las diferentes situaciones sociales, económicas y ambientales en la actualidad, manifiesta la necesidad de convertir la concepción o formación de una cultura preventiva en un reto educativo. Por lo que, se presentan los resultados de una investigación sistemática a partir de un análisis bibliométrico sobre la gestión de riesgos de desastres en la educación en la última década (2014-2024). El estudio reconoce artículos y documentos indexados en Scopus, emplea sus propios analizadores para el procesamiento de la información y los complementa con el software Bibliometrix de R-Studio. Los resultados revelan aspectos de interés: notable decrecimiento en las investigaciones sobre el tema, la gestión de la mayor cantidad de estas en los continentes Asia y Europa pese a la exposición más frecuente de la zona sur de América a desastres de gran magnitud. Se auxilia de la ley de Bradford y evidencia que prevalece un mínimo de autores en los estudios sobre la base de las palabras clave: gestión de desastres y percepción del riesgo. La información hallada, evidencia la necesidad de ahondar en el tema, debido a su importancia y trascendencia para la formación integral del ser humano.

ABSTRACT Education, as the main weapon to face the different social, economic and environmental situations today, manifests the need to convert the conception or formation of a preventive culture into an educational challenge. Therefore, the results of a systematic investigation are presented based on a bibliometric analysis on disaster risk management in education in the last decade (2014-2024). The study recognizes articles and documents indexed in Scopus, uses its own analyzers for information processing and complements them with R-Studio's Bibliometrix software. The results reveal aspects of interest: a notable decrease in research on the topic, the management of the largest number of these in the continents of Asia and Europe despite the more frequent exposure of the southern area of America to large-scale disasters. It is helped by Bradford's law and evidence that a minimum of authors prevails in the studies based on the key words: disaster management and risk perception. The information found shows the need to delve deeper into the topic, due to its importance and significance for the integral formation of the human being.
