          Abstract

          Resumen Este documento analiza las percepciones que los obreros tienen en la Industria Maquiladora en Baja California, México, en relación con las practicas de la organización y como estas percepciones afectan la rotación del personal. Esta investigación fue hecha en la ciudad de Ensenada, Baja California, México. El propósito que se presenta, consiste en un modelo que describe y correlaciona las variables que causan la rotación de personal acorde con la percepción que los obreros tienen de la organización.

          Translated abstract

          Abstract This paper analyses the perceptions that the general workers in the Maquiladora Industry in Baja California, Mexico have in regards to the organizational practices, and how these perceptions affect their turnover. This research was made in the City of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. The proposal we present consists of a model to describe and correlate the variables that cause turnover accordingly to the perceptions that the general worker has about the organization.
