Abstract

Resumo Análise da poesia de Iwan Goll. Parte de “Paris brennt”, poema escrito originalmente em língua alemã, que completa um século em 2021. O poema é um olhar sagaz para a metrópole, no sentido de cidade grande e de centro colonial. A investigação visa traçar uma interpretação do todo orgânico se voltando à célula e retornando ao organismo. Como viés de um projeto que, diante do hiato da recepção e levando em conta a maneira intensa como essa poesia reemerge e age na nossa realidade, prevê a edição de uma antologia com traduções de poemas e textos mais experimentais, o artigo implicita um processo de elaboração de tradução do poema ao português brasileiro. Há uma série de discussões embutidas, que dizem respeito à criação poética no âmbito da poesia modernista, de um modo mais geral poesia essa insubmissa às leis que regem a construção de uma poésie pure.

Abstract This article analyzes the poetry of Iwan Goll, based on the poem “Paris brennt”, which celebrates a century in 2021 and consolidates itself as a mark of modernist poetry. The investigation aims to trace an interpretation of the organic whole turning to the cell and returning to the organism. As a part of a wider project that foresees the edition of an anthology with translations of the more experimental poems and texts, the article implies a process of translation from german language to Brazilian Portuguese. There is a series of discussions implicated in this paper, which mainly concern poetic creation within the scope of modernist poetry in a more general way, poetry that is insubmissed to the rules that lead the construction of a póesie pure.
