O presente artigo objetiva analisar como as concepções de Segurança Alimentar e de Soberania Alimentar, dois conceitos fundamentais ligados à questão da alimentação, são apresentadas e incorporadas às narrativas sobre alimentação no Brasil. Analisando as conferências sobre alimentação realizadas no Brasil, entre 1994 e 2015, busca-se mostrar como estes conceitos são significados e como se relacionam entre si na construção das políticas alimentares nacionais.
This article aims to analyze how Food Security and Food Sovereignty, two fundamental concepts linked to the issue of food, are presented and incorporated into the narratives about food in Brazil. Analyzing the conferences on food held in Brazil, between 1994 and 2015, we seek to show how these concepts are meant and how they relate to each other in the construction of national food policies.
Cet article vise à analyser comment les concepts de sécurité alimentaire et de souveraineté alimentaire, deux concepts fondamentaux liés à la question de l’alimentation, sont présentés et incorporés dans les récits sur l’alimentation au Brésil. En analysant les conférences sur l’alimentation tenues au Brésil entre 1994 et 2015, nous cherchons à montrer comment ces concepts sont signifiés et comment ils s’articulent dans la construction des politiques alimentaires nationales.
