          RESUMO O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir as causas principais da interrupção do processo de crescimento com inclusão social que ocorreu na economia brasileira a partir de meados dos anos 2000, que chamaremos de “breve era de ouro” da economia brasileira.

          ABSTRACT The aim of this paper is to discuss the main causes of the interruption of the process of growth with social inclusion that occurred in the Brazilian economy from the mid 2000s, which we will call the Brazilian economy’s “Brief Golden Age”.
