Abstract
Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus have substantial unmet medical need. Baricitinib
is an oral selective Janus kinase (JAK)1 and JAK2 inhibitor that we hypothesised might
have therapeutic benefit in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
