Abstract

RESUMEN En la investigación y el desarrollo científico de la Universidad de Ciencias de la Cultura Física y el Deporte se propuso un sistema de superación profesional que contribuye a la utilización de las herramientas informáticas en los procesos docentes e investigativos, logrando una experiencia a nivel institucional y de los procesos universitarios que a partir del análisis documental y un estudio exploratorio proporcionó las deficiencias sobre la poca gestión de la utilización de las herramientas informáticas en la docencia e investigación, por lo que a partir de la operacionalización de la variable de estudio se identificaron dimensiones e indicadores y se definió la población y muestra para el diagnóstico y validación de los resultados, utilizando como indagaciones empíricas los métodos de observación, encuesta y entrevista, elaboró tres instrumentos y obtuvo datos que reafirmó la utilización de las herramientas informáticas en procesos docentes e investigativos a nivel institucional.

ABSTRACT In investigation and the scientific development of the University of Sciences of Physical Culture and the Sport proposed a system of professional overcoming that contributes to the utilization of the informatic´s tools in the teaching and research processes, achieving an experience to institutional level and of the university processes that from the documentary analysis and exploratory study that provided the deficiencies over the not much management of the utilization of the Informatic´s tools in teaching and research, for the what to from her operacionalization of the variable of study provided evidence of identity dimensions and indicators and the population and sample for the diagnostic and validation of the results were clarified, using like empiric investigations the methods of observation, inquiry and interview, elaborated three instruments and obtained data that teaching reaffirmed the utilization of the Informatic´s tools utilized in teaching and research processes.
