Abstract

RESUMEN: Este artículo tiene como objetivo comparar y analizar la organización y contenidos técnicos de los 24 estudios para guitarra de Javier Farías Caballero y los 20 Estudios Sencillos de Leo Brouwer poniendo en relieve las contribuciones de ambas obras en la formación de los intérpretes en guitarra clásica del siglo XXI. Además, se da énfasis a los elementos de la guitarra tradicional chilena y recursos de la música moderna que incorporan los Estudios de Farías.

ABSTRACT:This article aims to compare and analyze the organization and technical contents of the 24 estudios para guitarra by Javier Farías Caballero and the 20 Estudios Sencillos by Leo Brouwer, in order to emphasize the contributions of both works in the training of classical guitar performers of the 21st Century. In addition, emphasis is given to the elements of traditional Chilean guitar and modern music resources incorporated in Farías' studies.
