Abstract

El artículo presenta una estrategia de tratamiento de los datos en investigación, la Inducción Analítica, como una posibilidad de análisis riguroso que puede otorgar legitimidad a lecturas científicas de la realidad. Comienza por exponer cuestiones relativas a la Inducción Analítica en general y enuncia los pasos del método. Luego presenta un ejemplo parcial sobre la aplicación de esta estrategia en la Tesis de la autora, Adolescencia y utopía en los noventa. Explica cómo se efectuó el estudio, cuáles fueron sus categorías de análisis, cómo se constituyó la muestra y cómo se fue realizando el análisis de los datos tal como lo prescribe esta estrategia metodológica. Para ello, parte de las primeras hipótesis y muestra cómo estas fueron siendo modificadas hasta llegar a la hipótesis final que permitió la construcción de una tipología. Incluye un cuadro que muestra el desarrollo del proceso y otro que despliega la tipología a partir del modelo del cuadrado semiótico de Greimas.

Translated abstract

This article presents a strategy of treatment of the facts under study, the Analytic Induction, as a possible rigorous analysis which can grant legitimacy to scientific readings of reality. At first, it shows some issues relative to Analytic Induction in general and enunciates the steps of the method. After that, it presents a partial example of the application of this strategy in the author's thesis Adolescence and utopia in the nineties. It explains how the study was carried out, which its categories of analysis were, how the sample was established and the analysis of data performed, as prescribed by this methodologic strategy. In order to do this, it starts from the first hypotheses and shows how they were modified until the accomplishment of the final hypothesis, which gave rise to the creation of a typology. There is a chart that shows the development of the process and another one with the typology based on the semiotic square of Greimas.
