          Abstract

          Este texto analisa os discursos que circularam na blogosfera, de 2012 a 2015, a propósito dos exames do 4.º ano de escolaridade, com o objetivo de compreender as conceções de escola e de criança ali difundidas e desvendar as dinâmicas familiares que tendem a ser realizadas na sequência desta medida política. Os dados apresentados resultam da análise de conteúdo de 159 posts publicados em 50 blogues. As nossas conclusões salientam a emergência de uma “parentocracia”, liderada pelas mães, exercida em processos de escolarização cada vez mais precoces, sujeita a tensões e sustentada em conceções compósitas da criança enquanto ator educativo.

          Este texto analiza los discursos que circularon en la blogosfera, de 2012 a 2015, relacionados con los exámenes de cuarto año de escolaridad primaria, con el objetivo de comprender el concepto de escuela y niñez ahí difundidas y revelar las dinámicas familiares que tienden a ser realizadas en la secuencia de esta medida política. Los datos presentados resultan del análisis del contenido de 159 posts publicados en 50 blogs. Nuestras conclusiones destacan la emergencia de una “parentocracia”, liderada por las madres, ejercida en procesos de escolarización cada vez más precoces, sujeta a tensiones y sustentada en conceptos compuestos del niño como actor educativo.

          Translated abstract

          This text looks at the discourses on year-4 school exams that circulated in the blogosphere in 2012-2015. Its goal is to understand the concepts of school and child within those discourses and to uncover the family dynamics that are tending to occur in the wake of the political decision to bring back those exams. The presented data are derived from an analysis of 159 posts published in 50 blogs. The authors' conclusions point to the emergence of a “parentocracy” that is led by mothers, is exercised in schooling / school attendance processes that are taking place ever earlier in children's lives, is subject to tensions and is underpinned by composite concepts of the child as an educational actor.

          Ce texte analyse les discours qui ont circulé dans la blogosphère, de 2012 à 2015, à propos des examens de fin d'études primaires, afin de comprendre les conceptions d'école et d'enfant qui y étaient diffusées et de déceler les dynamiques familiales qui se sont formées à la suite de cette mesure politique. Les données présentées résultent de l'analyse de contenu de 159 billets publiés dans 50 blogs. Nos conclusions soulignent l'émergence d'une “parentocratie”, dirigée par les mères, exercée dans des processus de scolarisation de plus en plus précoces, soumise à des tensions et fondée sur des conceptions composites de l'enfant en tant qu'acteur éducatif.
