Abstract

En este artículo nos proponemos registrar y analizar el proceso desarrollado en la provincia de La Pampa para la obtención de la ley que garantiza la ligadura tubaria y vasectomía en los servicios estatales de salud, sancionada a fines de 2003. No es una ley específica, sino que la práctica fue incluida dentro de otra norma. Este proceso, estuvo liderado por un grupo que emergió, se fortaleció y forjó su identidad a partir de este activismo. Asimismo, daremos cuenta del tratamiento de la norma en la Legislatura de La Pampa.

Translated abstract

In this article we intend to record and analyze the process developed in the province of La Pampa for the obtaining of the law that guarantees ligation tubal and vasectomy in the State health services, sanctioned by the end of 2003. It is not a specific law, but that practice was included in other legislation. This process was led by a group that emerged, was strengthened and forged its identity from this activism. Also, we will realize the treatment of the law in the legislature of La Pampa.
