          Abstract

          We investigated the effect of ovariectomy (OVX) and 17β-estradiol (E2) replacement on both mitochondrial and myocardial function in cTnT-Q92 transgenic mice generated by cardiac-restricted expression of a human hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) mutation.
