Abstract

Resumen Este artículo se propone revisar la importancia de la subjetividad en Latinoamérica y el Caribe, para organizar una somera explicación de su configuración, con el fin de integrarla a nuestro contexto. A partir de pensadores europeos, se muestran paradigmas relacionales entre el sujeto y las formas simbólicas. Se presentan ciertos aspectos sobre la subjetividad, por un lado, desde Michel Foucault y Félix Guattari, para explicar lo que el sujeto valora y capta desde el exterior, es decir desde lo inculcado en los aprendizajes. Por otro lado, respecto de dos autores ligados a la hermenéutica simbólica: Édouard Glissant y Ernst Cassirer. Todo lo anterior tiene como fin cuestionar nuestras propias necesidades en la creación del imaginario, respecto de las conformaciones socioculturales y simbólicas. Al presentar las críticas y los diagnósticos entre estos autores y sus concepciones de pensamiento más significativas respecto de la subjetividad y el imaginario, se establecen relaciones entre nuestra América y Europa y se sugieren nuevos injertos que aporten a las metodologías de investigación.

Abstract This article`s aim is to review the importance of subjectivity in Latin America and the Caribbean, as to have a brief explanation of its configuration, and integration in self context. Paradigms from European thinkers have showed relations between the subject and the symbolic forms. Michel Foucault and Félix Guattari present certain subjectivity aspects to explain what the subject values and captures from what is learned. In contrast some perspectives by Édouard Glissant and Ernst Cassirer authors linked to symbolic hermeneutics: This is in order to question the needs in the creation of the imaginary, with respect to socio-cultural and symbolic aspects. By presenting the critics and diagnoses of these authors and their significant conceptions of thought in respect to subjectivity and the imaginary, some relations are established between America and Europe. Some new perspectives are suggested as a way to contribute to the research methodologies.
