Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las preguntas que emergen en el estudiantado al ser afectado por documentos de memoria y derechos humanos creados durante la dictadura chilena. Esta es una investigación cualitativa de carácter exploratorio, la que utiliza la teoría fundamentada para analizar 152 respuestas que desarrollaron estudiantes de dos cursos de educación media en un colegio particular pagado de Santiago de Chile. Los resultados evidencian que la experiencia afectiva que vivió el alumnado posibilitó la formulación de preguntas diversas, complejas, significativas para los jóvenes y desafiantes para el currículum, el contexto escolar y? el profesorado, ya que exigen humanizar el pasado, abordar grupos invisibilizados (víctimas, perpetradores y personas comunes y corrientes), desarrollar juicios éticos sobre las decisiones, acciones o inacciones de las colectividades y los sujetos históricos, y reflexionar históricamente en torno a los consejos y las exigencias que las personas del pasado imponen al presente.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this article is to analyze the questions that emerge in students when they are affected by memory and human rights documents created during the Chilean dictatorship. This is an exploratory qualitative research, which uses grounded theory to analyze 152 answers developed by students from two high school classes in a private school in Santiago, Chile. The results show that the affective experience lived by the students made possible the formulation of diverse, complex, significant questions for the young people and challenging for the curriculum, the school context and the teachers, since they require humanizing the past, addressing invisible groups (victims, perpetrators and ordinary people), developing ethical judgments on the decisions, actions or inactions of collectivities and historical subjects and to reflect historically on the advice and demands that the people of the past impose on the present.
