La proyección del enfoque etnográfico hacia la facilitación organizacional en procesos participativos de planificación urbana

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es aportar a la facilitación organizacional de procesos participativos en la planificación urbana mediante la proyección del enfoque enfoque etnográfico. La problemática a la que nos referimos es tanto la que se da en la escenificación social de los procesos reales como la que subyace entre las bambalinas de la reflexión teórico-metodológica e ideológica. Y el punto en común entre ambos niveles de análisis es que tanto los actores involucrados en las escenificaciones cuanto los propios analistas accionan de acuerdo con un componente común, que nosotros colocamos aquí como eje y objeto de nuestra propuesta: la reflexividad, en términos de una otredad cultural construida y objetivante que nutre las prácticas hacia la transformación, como método circular y efectivo de logros organizacionales.

Translated abstract

The objective of this work is to contribute to the organizational facilitation on participation processes of urban planning through the projection of an ethnographical approach. The problem at hand is the one that is portrayed in the social scene of real processes as well as the one that underlying in the wings of the methodological, theorical and ideological reflection. The point in common between both levels of analysis is that the actors involved in the scenes and the analysts themselves act according to a shared component that we place here as the core and objective of our proposal: the reflixibility, in terms of a cultural otherness built and objectifying that nurtures the practices towards the transformation as a circular and effective method of organizational achievements.
