Abstract

Resumen Examinamos diversas fiestas con y del vino en España y de Portugal. Se trata de describir la relación entre el consumo de vino y la comensalidad y otros actos sociales de la vida tradicional y cómo estas celebraciones poseen, en muchos casos, una tradición histórica relevante y una relación con elementos religiosos y sagrados. Al respecto, se aportan registros fotográficos originales de singular valor para dar cuenta de la riqueza cultura de estas celebraciones.

Abstract Wine festivals in Spain and Portugal are examined. It is about describing the relationship between wine consumption and dining and other social acts of traditional life and how these celebrations have in many cases a relevant historical tradition and a relationship with religious and sacred elements. Original photographic records of singular value are provided to account for the cultural richness of these celebrations.
