          Abstract

          The purpose of this study was to evaluate the technical feasibility, effectiveness, and morbidity of using endoscopic staple diverticulostomy (ESD) as treatment for Zenker's diverticulum (ZD) recurring after either prior endoscopic treatment or external diverticulectomy or diverticulopexy.
