Abstract

En este escrito proponemos repensar, en tiempos del Bicentenario y a partir de un análisis diacrónico, las nociones de Nación y ciudadanía y su articulación con el lugar de exclusión reservado históricamente a los Pueblos Indígenas en los proyectos hegemónicos de país. En cierto modo, el esbozo problemático planteado encuentra en el contexto conmemorativo actual un marco propicio para reflexionar sobre la necesidad de una nueva epistemología política que, a modo de terreno fértil, nos posibilite redefinir categorías analíticas que revelen la complejidad de las luchas de los Pueblos, como un problema central del Bicentenario.

Translated abstract

In the framework of the Bicentenary, in this article we propose to rethink -by means of a diachronic analysis- the concepts of citizenship and nation and their articulation with the exclusion place reserved for Indigenous Peoples in the country hegemonic projects. We find in this current commemorative context the propitious framework to reflect about the necessity of new political epistemology to re-define the analytical categories that reveal the complexity of the indigenous peoples struggles as a main problem of the Bicentenary.
