To have your abstract published by ScienceOpen at the end of the conference, please follow these steps:
Register with ScienceOpen: You must register on the ScienceOpen platform and provide your ORCID ID during the registration process. If you don't have an ORCID ID, the website will walk you through the simple and free process of creating one.
Submit Your Abstract:
After registering and linking your ORCID ID, it may take a few minutes for ScienceOpen to update your profile with the new information. You can refresh your screen after a few minutes to check for the updated information.
Once your ORCID ID is linked to your profile, download the Word template to your computer and fill it out.
You will not be able to fill out the template until you download it to your computer.
3. When filling out the template, please include the following information:
Title of your abstract
Author name(s), affiliation, and contact email
Abstract (300 words or less)
Short biography for each author (1 paragraph each)
Learning Objectives/Outcomes: List 1-3 key takeaways for readers
Status of research: Indicate if your research is completed, published, or in progress
4. When your abstract is complete, save it as a PDF.
5. To submit your abstract, click the "Submit conference proceedings" button in the header above and follow the instructions to finalize and send your abstract.
Your abstract will be published on the final day of the conference.
